Maryknoll 85th anniversary and 7th worldwide reunion

Dear Classmates of '65,

Some of you must have received the announcement from the MCS Former Students' Association (HK) regarding the upcoming MCS 85th Anniversary and the 7th Worldwide Reunion to be held in Hong Kong in February, 2010, inviting MCS & MSS alumni. Lani is the Class Rep of the MCSFSA(HK) for our Class. However, we do not have a Class Rep for Class '65 Overseas. I am therefore taking the liberty of informing you of these upcoming events: Fri. Feb. 19, 2010 - Homecoming School Tours (MCS and/or MSS) with afternoon teaSat. Feb. 20, 2010 - Class gatherings or optional day toursSun.Feb. 21, 2010 - Mass at MCS in the morning - Gala Dinner at the HK Convention & Exhibition Centre Since MCSFSA(HK) is the organizer and the events will be held in HK, perhaps Lani or her assignee(s) would like to co-ordinate the events for our class and to book one or two tables for our classmates at the Gala Dinner on Feb. 21, 2010.

It is unfortunate that I will not be able to go to HK to attend the events. Margaret Lung Lau and Marguerite Kwok told me that they will be attending. Would you all please check your calendars and then let all of us know if you will be attending the events in HK. It will certainly be an exciting and fun-filled gathering. I won't mind compiling an attendee list for Lani's use.
